Dr. Elliot was very nice and approachable. Her bed side manner was great and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire appointment, an absolute feat when your patient is sitting in a pair of stirrups. I would recommend her to anyone.

I was in the waiting room for about an hour and then waited an additional 20-30 minutes in the individual patient room. I simply went in for a pap and treatment for what I thought was BV. Dr. Elliot came in with a student and did not ask if this was something I would be comfortable with (the student was a man and I was not comfortable but I had already been waiting 1.5 hours so I just kept quiet). She berated me for using over the counter meds to treat a yeast infection within 5 days before this appointment (I am not a doctor so I didn't know and apologized). The pap itself was ok, given there was a man in the room I really would've preferred not be there. Afterwards Dr. Elliot let me know I would be notified of the results in 2 weeks. I was shocked by the long turn around time and questioned what I could do for treatment of BV in the mean time. I scheduled the appointment in part due to discomfort I was experiencing and at my previous healthcare provider the turn around time for such tests (and therefore prescription/treatment) was less than a day. She basically told me to deal with until then. I was extremely frustrated for waiting 1.5 hours to get a procedure that was demeaning and uncomfortable at best, in which I now have to wait 2 weeks to find out the results. I understand Dr. Elliot and her colleagues have a heavy patient load and if lab results take 2 weeks in this particular practice there is nothing that she can do about it but the way everything was handled during my appointment was terrible. I will never go back here again. Worst doctor's office experience hands down.

Showed up for the “nexplanon replacement” appointment that I scheduled, only to be told that they don’t do that, so not sure why it would be listed as option or why nobody contacted me prior to the visit...Upon arrival I was told they could remove it, but then I would have to wait until the new one was paid for to replace, even though my insurance plan covers it. Third time doing this procedure at 2 other locations, they always just put the new one in at the same time of removing the old one because logically that makes sense. Perhaps if it’s not something they do, they should not take appointments for it and only take “removal” appointments instead, so as not to waste people’s time.

The vital station was in a hallway in front of everyone, I would have preferred a more private setting, and I wish the nurse was more straight up with me with what was going on

She charged my insurance for tests that are not standard practice of care and without consent. She was supposed to notify me of results via the online system or phone and never did. I had to pay for another appointment to get the results because they took 3 weeks to submit my lab work. The wait was horrible and the practice of care was awful with absolutely no follow up.

I went on two occasions and wish I can review this doctor on both. On the first, it was my first time going which is located in a hospital. The waiting room is extremely small and it does not look like it gets clean often. I waited two hours to be seen by the doctor. They scheduled me for a pap smear but did not explain the process or the importance of the procedure. After it was done, the doctor put me on birth control. She did not offer me different options only the pill. I asked for blood work to make sure everything was fine for me.
They scheduled me for a follow-up. I did not understand why could I not get my results over the phone. Either way, I arrived for the second time. The receptionist made an error on my bill so we corrected it this time around. I waited two and half hours to be seen. The doctor came in for less than 45 seconds just to tell me my results were negative. I was charged just to hear my results were negative. I was so mad to wait 2 1/2 hours for a 45-second conversation. Then the doctor says I'm going to schedule you for you to come in 6 months to check your blood pressure. I told her absolutely not. I will not wait another three hours when i can get this done for free.

She was amazing ! I went in to get my IUD. Before the procedure she sat and talked to me letting me know the type of IUD I was recieving as well as informing me in the health risk and minor problems I could have. & During the procedure, she was letting me know what she was doing while implanting the IUD. They were very imformative and nice.
