Everything went smoothly, and everyone was professional. The previous provider that I had chosen called me to make sure my insurance was up to date. When I gave them my insurance info, they said that they didn't accept my insurance. On ZocDoc, it was showing that they accepted BCBS. This made me paranoid for obvious reasons.
Soon after I booked my appointment with Patricia Konstantaros (who was absolutely wonderful), I called to make sure they accepted BCBS, and they do.
This place was great. ZocDoc, I can't imagine why a practitioner would be listed as accepting my insurance when they don't. This is a big deal, and I hope it is taken seriously.

I drove 40’minutes as the site said they took my insurance only for her to tell me “what did you expect” when I got there and to be told to buy a splint when my hand is in such pain and weakness I can no longer use it. I have to now find another doctor and those were 3 hours I’ll never get back when I have a newborn at home. Never again.

Very pleasant and stress free visit. I was seen very quickly with barely any wait-time. Entire staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming. I felt like I was in great hands and also felt very comfortable.

Everything about the service was great! From front desk to practioners. The only issue I have was that pain was still the same. Hopefully, my next time after the X-RAY result I did, comes out with a proper and right solution will improve and reduce my pain.
