I came in for the first time for an eye issue. Found Dr through this app assuming it would be a one time visit but I will for sure be coming back to Dr Patricia McLaughlin. She was so thruough and knew immediately what my eye issue was. She treated me like I was the only patient in the office. I hate it when doctors are "wham bam" and treat you like a number. Dr McLauglins bedside manner was incredible. Will see her again and will recommend to all my friends. Thank you!

She was very understanding, surmised the causes of the infection, and generously took time to help me (quickly) get the medication that I would need. She's a caring, dedicated professional. I needed to be evaluated for conjunctivitis before an out of town trip and did not have a regular ophthalmologist. I found Dr. McLaughlin on Zocdoc and was able to make an appt on two hours notice. Although we had not met before, I felt like I was treated like a long term patient. Dr. McLaughlin took the opportunity to give me a more complete eye checkup, explained each of the things she was checking and patiently explained the structure of the eye and related concerns. It was a terrific visit. I highly recommend her.

Dr. McLaughlin spent considerable time performing different examinations of my eyes. She was very thorough and explained in detail all the procedures.
She was also very attentive to the complains I had regarding my eyes condition and suggested practical ways to address my problem which does not include heavy prescription.
Dr. McLaughlin is a very nice, very attentive and highly capable eye doctor!

I went to see Dr. McLaughlin for the first time on an emergency visit. She was terrific and helped me right away while explaining everything she was doing. She was incredibly comforting and pleasant to be with and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great ophthalmologist.

She is an amazing physician. I was concerned about the rapidity of my sight loss. She spent time explaining the issues, was kind, thorough and patient. Although it was the end of the day, she spent longer than she needed to on me and provides advice and expertise on a wide range of topics. A truly compassionate soul, who knows her stuff cold. I have never written a review before but I feel compelled after such a positive experience. The office personnel was very friendly and the waiting time wasn't longer than 5 minutes. Dr McLaughlin is very friendly and personable. Her examination was very thorough and she explained everything to me in great detail, answered all my questions carefully. I had been to another eye Dr recently with the same concerns but Dr McLaughlin made me feel much more taken care of. I will definitely go back to see her. I recommend her very highly!
