Dr. Templeton is very patient and thoughtful in her approach to giving comprehensive care. I felt listened to, and I did not feel rushed at all throughout the appointment. I scheduled an appointment for one particular concern and left with an annual check-up, a blood test referral, and a follow-up appointment scheduled by her personally.

I booked an appointment with this PA due to Zocdoc because she was part of a provider that was in-network as well her availability. I was assured my insurance information had been transferred from Zocdoc. However, my insurance was never billed and my debit card was overcharged for an out-of-network fee, despite them claiming to be in-network on Zocdoc, (after my appointment had already been booked and confirmed, and at their urging, downloaded their app and completed new patient registration with their app, they claimed to be “out-of-“network. I would have never booked an appointment with this PA or provider knowing they are out-of-network. The PA did not submit prescriptions refills as she agreed to. The pharmacy confirmed my prescriptions refills had never been received by their pharmacy. Circle Medical operates under deceptive booking and billing practices. I am dissatisfied by the manner in which I was treated as a new patient. I do not recommend this PA nor the provider to anyone.
