We have been seeing her for over 10 years, and she is wonderful. Great bedside manner, and always willing to work with the patient.
This visit’s wait time was a little longer than usual, but it was a combo of us arriving just on time (stuck in traffic) and Dr. Sereno tending to another patient. Usually, we have no wait time., so no worries about waiting.

I absolutely love meeting with Dr Sereno. I just do not like the lack of proper prescription refills and updates that the staff does not have knowledge of. I received a new rx and a refill. But no refill for a hand written script was given for zolpidem. I was told they both were faxed over and they were not. Please fax an update rx for zolpidem to stop n shop in malden on Charles street
