Dr. Kilcarr is a pioneer of ADHD testing in the Washington area. He has received license from the creator of the MRI-equivalent of testing for ADHD, the Cambridge Neuro-psychological Test Automated Battery, to use this technology to more accurately diagnose and treat the condition. Dr. Kilcarr is a master trainer in emotional intelligence, and he often assists patients who have experienced crises and disasters. He invites patients to his office who are suffering with depression, anxiety, addiction, dissociative disorders, and many other ailments. His goal as a psychologist is to help his patients realize their potential in order to live full, happy lives.
