Reception office very disorganized, rude & unprofessional. Did not have any record of the Zoc Doc appointment. Reception made this our problem & I had to get someone to go home & print the email confirmation and deliver it to me at Dr.'s office so we could be seen that day. Another patient walked in & they had no record of her appointment. She became frustrated and walked out saying she would find another Dr. rather than ever again endure such a complete lack of professionalism on the part of front office. The Zoc Doc confirmation was eventually accepted and we were seen by Dr. Reidy but no apology was ever made to us. Please note Dr, was very competent and personable and I love that they have an Estero location. But what a nightmare it is to deal with his reception office.
