Pro: Ive seen him a few times. Knowledgeable and open for discussion/interpretation.
Con: Would not stop inappropriately "glancing". Will not get back to me about positive pregnancy. Called back same day, was busy at work (me). I called back next day, have not heard from since.
Also, wait in room about an hour Outside the above hour office wait. The doctors room was right next door. Could hear him joking around and relaxing minus coming to room.
Each visit, Outside of office wait, have 45-2hr in room wait.

They are extremely slow! I waited an hour in a half for a follow up appointment only to be seen for 5 minutes. Not fond of this place at all. I wish my previous doctor was still affiliated with Mercy.

My doctor visit was very pleasant. The doctor (P. Michel) and staff are very attentive and professional. During my visit I was able to address concerns about my health without feeling ashamed. The wizard as I call, Dr. Michel makes you feel so welcome.
