That is great experience! I will go back.
My son broke his arm in wrestling practice having county care it’s extremely hard to get an emergency/quick appointment WITHOUT a referral. By him being an athlete playing football, wrestling and running track if anything happens I will definitely be back. Staff was super nice and sweet. Was on time for my appointment and was in and out in 30 mins.
Verified patient
I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for an orthopedic specialist. I was very satisfied with my experience.
Verified patient
They were very busy and could probably use another receptionist. After waiting for 20 min and 2 people were seen before me, even though they arrived after me, I asked the receptionist how much longer. She said they had my file in back, but they did not. It was sitting on her desk so the back staff didn't even know I was there. Doctor and nurse were both great
Dr. Strotman was most efficient and friendly. He has great communication skills so you understand everything going on. The office staff were also very efficient and friendly. Was very pleased with all services provided. Kudos to Dr Strotman and the office staff!!

Amazing Dr and staff
Verified patient
i have 7 kids and providing insurance out of pocket isnt an option..so like many others we have state insurance...county care to be exact...it almost impossible to find a provider not to mention one with an appt. i needed an ortho specialist as my son broke his thumb on his primary hand. we had 7 days to do this..after 2 1/2 days in hosp. and urgent care and then a weekend...i had 3 days left...i took a chance on zocdoc and he had availability next day...this office was great..extremely friendly and helpful...the doc. was amazing with my son..super sweet personality and explained to my son what was needed...not to mention wants to make sure everything goes well and wanted to see him back as it heals. highly recommend... dont think twice.

Hi im a new first time patient...my overall experience was excellent...my doctor Dr.Strotman was super nice and cared about me and my health issues...also was very affective in spotting my need for a smooth up coming surgery as well as thing I need to be achieving on my end,for a great outcome..the staff ( nurses and front desk clerk and xray nurse) great place to be tooking care of my Orthopedic needs
Verified patient
The person at the front desk was friendly. We got in to see the doctor within 20 mins, so the wait wasn’t too bad. He was easy to talk to and kind to my 4 year old son who had broken his arm. Showed us the x-rays so we could see what happened and what needed to be fixed. We were also referred to a pediatric orthopedic surgeon & appreciate the care they showed us and our son.
Verified patient
The office has convenient orthopedic care. Everything about the appointment was easy and I left with the resources needed for recovery from my knee injury.
Verified patient
Front desk staff seemed confused and overwhelmed with everything that was going on, as far as checking people in, answering patients questions, etc… not sure if they were new. They were very friendly and professional but seemed inexperienced
Verified patient
Quality service. Friendly staff

I was 15 minutes late construction issues. I waited 2 hours to finally get what I went for. The Dr. Apologized for the delay. However people were taken before me, Asked upon arrival how did I book, Zocdoc or direct office? I said Zocdoc if that is the service Zocdoc offers, I will never use again. I found the Dr to be a bit abrupt, under stress being only one on duty. When asked what I do I said I am a caregiver. He promptly told me he has 24 hour care for his 100 yr old Mom and they are younger! I looked at him, I was insulted. He doesn’t know my circumstances as to why I am still working! At 74 I am in better physical shape than most 50 year olds! There are other orthopedic doctors will find another closer to home. I just moved back from Florida 6 days ago. I needed cortisone in my right hand for carpal tunnel. I filled out forms online, I also brought in my file from my Drs findings in Florida. I said did you review, he said no I talk to my patients. I rescheduled but will cancel.

We were seen promptly and the doctor was very gentle with my granddaughter!! Really had a great bedside manner and answered all of our questions!! We really liked him a lot!! And he was worth the drive at todays gas prices!! Lol.

I booked my appointment on Friday afternoon Thru Zocdoc tbut there system was not updated till Monday afternoon. They didn’t have my insurance details so they insisted I provide a referral from my PCP which I had requested. I was told if no referral than I will have to settle the fees and other expenses in cash. Upon presenting my ID and my insurance card the receptionist told me they don’t need a referral. Although I have already submitted my insurance card copies to Zocdoc while checking in on line with them. I was disappointed with this situation. Moreover the doctor was not expressive, didn’t inform me of my X-Ray results, all he said you have to see a spine doctor. Regretfully, It wasn’t a pleasant experience. This is for your info only.
I broke my foot and they had open appointment for me right away. Staff was great and very helpful. Doctor was in seeing me right away and was awesome! I felt assured that things were going to be ok... Great experience for what I had to do.
