Excellent. Everyone at the office was helpful and caring. They made sure I was prepared for the visit beforehand and, given what an uncomfortable procedure it was, They made me feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I am so happy I picked his office.

Just another patient in his book
Excellent. Everyone at the office was helpful and caring. They made sure I was prepared for the visit beforehand and, given what an uncomfortable procedure it was, They made me feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I am so happy I picked his office.
The office building has a free parking lot, nice. Pretty straightforward to find the actual office, where I registered and waited about half an hour to be triaged by a nurse. The ladies at the front desk were courteous and spoke fluently in Korean but also in English which is great. The nurse herself was very polite, and afterwards, I sat back in the waiting room for about 10 more minutes. The office is pretty busy with a mostly Korean clientele getting endoscopies and colonoscopies. I saw the doctor in his office, but felt rushed, couldn't really even say exactly why I was in to see him. I was told to go in the exam room and put on a gown, and the doc knocked before entering which I appreciated. He assessed me in less than 3 minutes and left the room. I was kind of lost at this point... where do I go? Is that it? What was the deal? A nurse guided me out to the waiting room again, where I confusingly waited and was then called to the desk. I was then told that the doc recommended an endoscopy. I asked why, and then was sent back in to his office where he explained. What bothered me the most was that it's like he didn't even read the notes the nurse made about my history and exactly why I was in to see him. Couldn't he have taken the time to do that, and explain the reason for the endoscopy when I was in the exam room with him? I respect and trust his judgement, however, he was pretty brash and assuming. Not sure if he was thinking about the next patient already, distracted with the weekend so close or what but this isn't the kind of doctor I would go back to or recommend.
He was professional, knowledgeable and kind.
Very Professional.
