He always takes time to explain my options, so I never feel left in the dark
I wasted 2 hours on filling out all the required paperwork I received email confirmation from the office I recieved confirmation about going to another website and putting in my information and making sure my insurnce covered the appointment I recieved more confirmation to sign more paperwork and documents which I did and then I recieved 4 different emails with the link to join the video visit with the provider for my appointment at 3:30pm now I set this appointment at 9:00am this morning. Well I joined the visit 7 mins before the appointment time and noticed I had to sign a few more documents on the NO SHOW policy and then some HIPPA documents I signed everything and been waiting since 3:30pm and the provider still never showed up and I waited until 4pm and still sitting in the waiting room waiting for the doctor to show up. So far NOT GOOD when I am already 2 days without my required medicaiton there was other providres and now I am waiting and the providerdoesnt show not good start
