Dr. Dowd has served as President of both the Cleveland Optometric Association and the Northeast Ohio Academy of Optometry. He has a special interest in pediatric vision care and surgical co-management. Dr. Dowd currently resides in North Royalton with his wife, Sandy, and has two sons, Trevor and Darren.
