Very professional and thorough with my visit. Although the blood drawing experience was mediocre at best. The lab had to poke both arms and the 1st still hurts ... 2+ hours later... But Dr Duncan's examination was excellent.

Very polite and professional. Had great bedside manners and felt like I was in a nonjudgmental environment. Wait time was efficient and fast. On part of Zoc Doc, I felt mislead because I made an appointment for ‘urology problem’ thinking I was seeing someone specialized in urology. Unfortunately my issue was off service. I did not gain much from my appointment but Dr. Duncan was helpful in a referral. I would recommend Zoc Doc be more accurate in their appointment descriptions because this appointment was unnecessary for my issue

I have been a patient of Dr. Duncan for several years and the bottom line is that I would not trade him for anyone else. My hope is that he remains at Tufts Medical Center for "the long term".

Dr. Duncan was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He made the visit pleasant and avoided making me feel uncomfortable. He asked a lot of questions and offered a lot of information on my concerns. Only negative would be that he was a little too talkative and didn't give me much chance to talk while he was explaining something, but it was still good info when he was talking.
