Dr. Paul Joos grew up locally in Renton Washington. He graduated from Renton High School and Pacific Lutheran University with honors. After college, he graduated from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha Nebraska. After medical school he had the opportunity to work and train at Gorgas Hospital in the Panama Canal Zone. Dr. Joos specializes in cataract and laser vision surgery, as well as treatment and exams for all aspects of the eye. Dr. Joos founded Valley Eye and Laser Center over 30 years ago. When time allows, he enjoys hiking, skiing, traveling, and volunteer surgical eye missions.
