The doctor was very nice and professional but I can't get past how unprofessional and rude the lady at the front desk was. Overall I would recommend this doctor though.

There wa a big problem. They never received any information about Me or My appointment. Thank GOD that They are able to see Me the next day but as for Your service ( ZocDoc ) You're absolutely worthless. Thank-you for a lot of trouble !!!!!

He spent adequate time with me and was very personable. As a Family Nurse Practitioner I was not as pleased with the thoroughness of his history taking. He was however very cooperative in planning the care I need and prescriptions that I needed. He spent adequate time with me to get basic information.

They were nice. I found it weird that the nurse didn't use any up-to-date materials for my blood pressure and heart-rate check. She used a regular cuff link and a counting (I didn't see her looking at a watch). I would've felt more comfortable with something a little more up-to-date and accurate because she had to start/elongate the counting process.
As for the doctor, very sweet but I felt that he rushed through my visit. I don't think he read through my file because he asked me what was going on which I had put down on the forms. I let him know that something was wrong with my ear and after the primary check up (which was old fashioned a quick) he quickly checked both ears, spending no more than 2 seconds on each, and said they looked fine. After prescribing medicine, he was considerate enough to ask me if there was anything else, but I didn't leave there feeling comfortable or truly taken care of. Also I don't know if this is mandatory but shouldn't he have asked me if I thought I was pregnant before prescribing medicine?

Dr. Oliver and his team do a really good job. Apt are in and out and I've never had an issue not getting in. Most of the time its same day. Highly recommended.

It was a great visit. Even as a new patient it was really quick to be seen and get a diagnosis. In only a few minutes I was out the door with a prescription. It was a very positive experience.
