I had an excellent experience with Dr. Paul Reynolds! I had not been to a doctor in over a decade and he was very mindful of trying to treat the root of the problems rather than simply right a prescription like I hear many others do. He was very thoughtful and you can tell he cares about the well-being of each of his patients. Look forward to coming back. 10/10!

I like that the practice reduces their administrative spending - it's definitely the direction our medical system needs to go. That said, I didn't get the impression they stayed very up-to-date on medical research. Some of the nutritional advice was generic or even a little outdated, he made me sit there while he struggled to use his lab system, and the few things I was specifically concerned about didn't receive much attention.

First of all, I don’t understand why the healthcare provider is listed as a dermatologist, because It was just like a visit with a general provider. We spent 70% of the time figuring out if my insurance covered the cost of my apartment. I was expecting seen a dermatologist. Not sure if I will use this system again. It was my first time.
