Dr Swanson took the time to listen to my issues and develop a plan. He explained my options and I was not rushed at all.
Dr. Swanson answered all my questions and thoroughly explained all my treatment options. I was very comfortable during the entire visit. Thank you.
After checking my files to see if any thing had changed, I sat down to read before I was called. I didn't sit long. Dr. Swanson was great. He took time to tell me about my situation (which ended not being a physical problem itself, but one related to some drugs I take), to suggest ways to cope, to find out what I was doing with my other specialists, and to recommend a therapist should I feel that I need it. He used good examples and is always very pleasant. Like him a lot.
Always a pleasant experience at the office. Dr. Swanson listens to your concerns, does a through exam and makes recommendations and alternatives to consider. I highly recommend Dr. Swanson
Very through with explanations. Took the time to listen and give feedback!!!
I was very pleased. He explained things very well and thoroughly.
Very nice, asked good questions. Actually seemed interested in my situation.
Very nice guy and glad I made the appointment. Jim C
Dr. Swanson was knowledgeable, reassuring, professional, quick and efficient with his exam. He gave be no false hopes that my titinitis could be resolved. He shared his opinion that patients that use Google to diagnose medical conditions identified with symptoms should be careful, but that exploring Google post diagnosis was very helpful for patients.
The office was extremely slow. Had an appt at 1 and didn't leave until 3:30.
Dr. Swanson helped me understand the issue I was having and offered me steps to take to help. Very easy to talk with.
Excellent! Prompt, accurate and clear communication!
Always a pleasure. Feel very comfortable with him as a physician.
Very thiurough and took time to explaon findings.
Very satisfactory I feel the exam was thorough and I understand the treatment plan
After audio test, I waited 50 minutes to see doctor. Was just left to sit alone in exam room...
I felt welcomed and comfortable with the entire team and plan to go back for some alergy testing. Professional and friendly team!
Dr was prompt, pleasant, very good at listening to my issue, then making a diagnosis which he explained clearly. He also explained treatment options, and included his recommentation. This was a first visit for me, and I received the precise care and guidance I had hoped for. An excellent Dr and an excellent office and staff.
Wait time was long, but only because Dr. Swanson had an emergency operation. The office was very pleasant about it and apologized numerous times.
Dr Swanson and his staff are always very thorough and friendly. Even after moving to a new town I made the trip back to see him. His exams and explanations are always very professional and leave me with all my questions answered.
Very pleased with my visit. Now, to follow his advise and hope his diagnosis and suggested treatment works.
The wait was a bit longer than expected. Dr Swanson is good, very matter of fact and to the point, which I appreciate. Could easily come off as short and cold to some but I liked him.
We have had several visits over the years and Dr. Swanson is great. Rob M.
Dr. Swanson was very nice, knowledgeable and attentive. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Swanson explained what may be the cause of my vertigo and I feel confident that the tests ordered will help to determine the cause. Very pleased.
Excellent advice led to a speedy recovery. Thank you, Dr. Swanson!
Very professional and very thorough, I was impressed with his examination and how much time he took to explain everything.
Dr. Swanson and his staff are pleasant and professional. I am very happy with the quality of care I received from this practice over the years.
I always receive the best care from Dr. Swanson and his colleagues. I have recommended them many times and my friends and family have also appreciated their highest level of medical expertise, combined with their kind and courteous treatment. The office staff are also proficient and easy to work with.
I felt very comfortable with the staff and the doctor. I will recommend to family and friends.
Great Dr...shows he cares ....excellent chair side manner
Very professional. Good bedside manner. Would recommend. Very thorough.
Dr Swanson was great, Zoc Doc did not work and they did not have a record of my appointment. Luckily the staff found a way to make sure I was seen.
Great experience - Dr. Swanson was extremely helpful.
Have had Dr for a long time
Excellent visit. I really appreciate his thoroughness.
The wait time was LONG - 30 min in the waiting room and another 25+ min in the actually exam room. He examined me and diagnosed what was wrong quickly, bedside manner wasn't super friendly, but wasn't a huge deal. Said he sent in the prescriptions electronically to the pharmacy and they'd be ready when I got there. When I got to the pharmacy they hadn't even received them (this was 45 minutes later) and had to call the dr and have them resend. Ended up in the pharmacy for an hour, so overall wasn't thrilled.
Effective, efficient attention, to the point. No wasted time.
He was very good, checked for everything and going to follow up.
knows his stuff!
Excellent interaction, understanding and caring. I would definately recommend him and the practice.
I felt it was a very positive appointment and felt like the Dr. understood my issue and concerns.
Glad to meet Dr. Swanson. He's prescribed a good program to start. Hoping it helps me feel better!
First of all, it seems like most of the time I go to a doctor, their diagnosis is "Wait and see if it improves." This was no different except it cost a LOT more. Dr. Swanson wasn't able to give a diagnosis other than prescribe anitbotics and suggest I search the web for information about some syndrome. However, he offered to examine my sinuses with a scope. My advice to any other patients is to ask how much it's going to cost, because it was expen$ive. It was only partially covered by insurance and I'm stuck paying the rest out of pocket for a diagnosis of "I don't know - wait and see." Not worth it.
Great job in evaluating the issues and coming up with a solution to correcting them within twenty minutes of being seen. I left with all of my questions answered and feeling good about my choice to visit their office. All around great experience!
The wait time was a little longer than I would have liked but the office staff was very friendly and Dr. Swanson was good. He gave me good, honest feedback about the options available to me for my problems. I will go back to him.
great staff...my paperwork/ref was not correct. Jackie (front desk) was awesome...thanks for helping me fix my mistake.
He was very informative about my issues. Explained my issues in detail.
Everyone at the office was very friendly and very thorough with the knowledge that they gave me. I never felt rushed at all and everyone answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Dr Swanson.
Very good practice. I felt my issue was handled thoroughly.
My second time seeing him. He was the first person I thought of when I needed ENT service. Definitely a return patient.
Dr is ok, but waiting time is too long, my oppintment time was 7:50 am, finished all paper work, did some hearing test waiting more than an hour, ask few questions then done. already after 10:00am.
He was easy to talk to and very professional at the same time. It was a comfortable visit
Have been going to Dr Swanson for years ,he is the only one I will ever look at my ears .
Our son is a 34 year old Down Syndrome patient and Dr. Swanson and his staff were very good with him. He was very much at ease with them.
The office personnel and nurses were very nice. Dr Swanson explained everything to me and answered questions. He's a nice guy.
Pleasant doctor and staff. Clean and modern looking facility. PA-C that came in after the Nurse was very friendly and it was refreshing to have someone boil down to the problem and do any needed research or setup prior to the doctor coming into the examining room. Dr. Swanson seemed knowledgable about all the newest trends and wasn't applying a cookie cutter diagnosis.
Very friendly and professional.
Long wait. Not the practice's fault. There where emergencies. A little upset about my pharmacy not receiving my prescription.
Filling out the paper work took longer than the exam. However, I feel he did what needed to be done.
I don't know how long I might have waited to get the correct diagnosis. I am thankful that I went to see him and hope I am on my way to feeling better.
Other than the waiting time, I was pleased with the visit.
Everyone in the office was kind, friendly, and helpful.
He is a good listener. He is quiet and efficient. I am confident he will be able to correct the issues i am having.
