Dr. Paul Wigoda is a Fort Lauderdale Plastic Surgeon and board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He was named best plastic surgeon in South Florida in 2010. Dr. Wigoda’s Fort Lauderdale-based private plastic surgery practices offers cosmetic and reconstructive surgery as well as non-surgical services including botox, fillers, and laser hair removal. He is Chief of Plastic Surgery at Broward Health Medical Center, the primary trauma center for Fort Lauderdale and Broward County. He brings his patients impeccable surgical techniques, an artist’s aesthetic vision, and is an advocate for patient safety and plastic surgery standards. Dr. Wigoda offers a wide range of cosmetic surgery procedures to enhance and refine the face, breasts and body. He performs leading-edge techniques that achieve exceptional cosmetic results, including Ultrasonic Liposuction, breast augmentation and Facelifts. He also pioneered the Painless Breast Implant technique, which virtually eliminates pain and is designed to result in a quick, safe and painless recovery.
Dr. Wigoda graduated cum laude from Ransom-Everglades High School in Miami, Florida. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree with high honors (magna cum laude) from Amherst College in Amherst MA, the top liberal arts college in the nation, where he majored in neuroscience. Beginning in 1989 he attended the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas at the Texas Medical Center, the world’s largest medical center. He was granted a doctor of medicine degree in May of 1993. Dr. Wigoda was selected from over 100 applicants from around the nation to the single position available at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Plastic Surgery residency, the top plastic surgery training program in the country.

Very unprofessional to have a new patient wait 1 hour and then bring another patient in first which had an appt 30 minutes after mine just because she complained. I don't want to be treated by a dr that treat a potential patient, a new patient, so disrespectfully. I work in the medical field and know that things happen but I would never bring in a patient that had a later appoint before another just because that other patient complained.

Dr. Wigoda is a patient, honest straightforward doctor with an excellent bedside manner. I've been a patient for over 10 years. I went in for minor aesthetic procedure and it was a delight! Got exactly what I wanted and paid a fair price. I wouldn't look anywhere else for honest proper treatment. Waited less than 15 minutes. His office is run efficiently and with wonderful customer service. I'm a patient for life!

My wait was 40 minutes before I could see the doctor for the consultation. No one acknowledged me other than when I arrived or excused the lengthy delay. Post consultation I was forced to wait another 15 minutes to obtain a price quote. The office was not busy. I'm very disappointed that this was the level of service that I certainly was not expecting.

He was not interested in answering any of my questions. I felt very uncomfortable , he was prejuding me. He was very unpleasant and I would never recommend him to any women of plus size trying to get information about plastic surgery. I haven't the slightest idea why i suddenly became so nervous. I came in to inquire about the PRP hair treatments and breast augmentation. I was pleased that Dr. Wigoda answered all 20 of my questions. It didn't take long before i felt at ease. Marie is the equivalent of a sister; cool and down-to-earth. She was honest and open about her own experience. I truly left the office pleased with my consultation.
