I NEVER rate anything or anyone but this one is more than well deserved and worth my time. It's been a long time since I've visited for a well woman exam so needless to say I was very nervous. Dr. Paula and her nurse were very comforting and down to earth which instantly put me at ease. It was very easy to talk to them about any issues or concerns I was having. Everything was so quick and painless, yet very thorough. Love, love, LOVED the office, location, all staff, and especially my new doc =) Definitely recommend to all!

It was my first time to a doctors office in years, so I was a little nervous. All the staff was really nice especially Paula and her nurse, they made me feel comfortable and paid attention to everything I said. I Would definitely recommend her!!

The front desk left a sour impression. They tried to charge the max allowed under the CiGNA plan) for a specialty physician visit (my appt. was with a Nurse Practioneer, not a physician. Then a nurse assistant who tried to pass herself off as a "nurse", and isn't a licensed nurse, demanded that I weigh in (because I won't be seen if I don't). That's not true as we all have the right to decline. Then the NP tried to say that it's an Obamacare "rule" which is also not true. I asked to see the rule in writing or documentation. With the Affordable Care Act, your BMI (weight to height ratio) is not taken into account as health care is not predicated on past medical issues, weight or any other concern. My experience did not leave me trusting this office. Beware of health care providers who aren't telling the truth.

Dr. LaHaye made me feel very comfortable. She listened to me and made me feel like she really did care about me. I had a bad experience with another doctor a couple months ago (NOT AT THIS OFFICE) and I have been on a search for a new dr. I will be keeping this doctor!!
