Although this was my first visit I left feeling that I was in the right hands. Dr. Ortiz was extremely professional and "human". I felt that she addressed potential issues very well and even after a first visit I feel that I trust her. Her medical assistant, Shannon, was also wonderful. Very important to me and more and more rare in the medical field, they have fantastic bedside manners.

I am a big fan of boss ladies! The soundview medical office in Norwalk was full of them. I felt very comfortable and taken care of there. Dr. Ortiz is professional, personable, and a great listener! Best doctor I have been to for check ups.
