This is a really great office very helpful, professional, friendly and take away major pain from pinched nerve in my neck on just the first vist. 2nd visit tomorrow I will recommend!

Dr. Bence is the clinical director of Macomb Spine & Injury Center and has been a practicing chiropractor for over 34 years. He has extensive experience in caring for spinal related issues. These range from trauma related cases as a result of accidents and sports injuries to scoliosis. This accompanied with his comprehensive post-doctoral education allows Dr. Bence to treat both simple and complicated cases.
Dr. Bence is certified by the New York State Department of Education, Board for Chiropractic, by having attained postdoctoral education in MRI spine interpretation, electrodiagnostic interpretation, triaging the injured, caring for the trauma patient, head trauma and brain injury, impairment rating, spinal biomechanical engineering, spinal trauma pathology, and accident reconstruction.
Dr. Bence is a member of the Academy of Chiropractic and the American Academy of Medical Legal Professionals. These are national medical research organizations that provide the latest research on the diagnosis and treatment of spinal related conditions. This allows Dr. Bence to offer the latest techniques based upon peer reviewed research when caring for his patients, while also drawing from over 34 years of practice experience.

I drove 40 minutes to the office at 11:00 AM on Saturday 7/5/2025 with a huge back pain just for it to have been closed. I was still able to set the appointment up and i wasn’t contacted that the offices would have been closed. Very disappointing.

My back is out and still out after my visit. They did nothing for me on my visit. The took an X-ray and told me to come back the next day. Really??? Office is old and not pleasant. Dr was old and creepy. When the dr came in the room he locked the door. VERY creepy. When I asked him what he sees in the xray he replayed I need to study them. What?? He did say my back is all messed up and just come back tomorrow. I don’t think so!!
