Outstanding experience. I've never felt more comfortable at a doctor's office. the Staff was friendly which is rare at a doctor's office. Check in process was fast and if you have an appointment the waiting time is short. Now Dr. Castellano was very straightforward yet friendly and very receptive. He shows that he really cares and was in no rush, he takes his time and really listens to what you have to say. I felt 100% comfortable and at ease with his evaluation. It was honestly my best experience at a doctor's office.

Wait time is more than actually being seen by the doctor. After an hour I asked the receptionist nicely how much longer and she gave me attitude and said “you’ll be seen soon” (which didn’t answer my question). Doctor told me to stop my antidepressants and when I came in for a follow up he told me I shouldn’t have stopped them. Definitely don’t recommend this office and doctor.

The wait time exceeded one hour- I got to the office right on time, waited almost an hour and half to see the doc. The staff seems very unorganized.
The Doc is a nice knowledgeable guy but unfortunately the office does not even look as a doctors office- they have no tools to check up the patient! I came with ear pain- the doc wasn’t able to check it as he had no tools.
He ordered blood work, his staff was supposed to send me the blood work order to my e-mail and I have never received it even after multiple calls. So I don’t recommend this practice.

Best provider I have seen by far!! He actually came in, sat down, and spoke with me. He explained everything in compassionate and professional manner. He literally cares about his patients. I didn't feel rushed or felt like a number. All of my issues/concerns were addressed quickly. The nursing staff was very nice and professional.The receptionist staff was friendly as well. The office was clean and well organized. 10 stars! Great job!

Dr Pedro Castellanos is a very nice man who is very Compassionate, Kind, & Caring . He is an excellent communicator and truly listens to you , he speaks and explains things without needing a medical dictionary. I have a long list of health issues that he is able to manage. I’m very grateful for your services and your entire staff always has a contagious smile and makes you feel comfortable .

Dr. Castellanos was very personable. He listened carefully. He provided treatment solutions that made sense for the immediate problem, as well as longer term precautions. He demonstrated concern for my overall well-being, not just whatever it took to solve the symptoms I was experiencing at the moment. I felt very comfortable deciding to use him as my Primary Care Physician on this first meeting.

Office needs to be EXTREMELY better at answering the phone and returning message?s, they never pick up, I called SEVERAL times at all different hours different days and could never get a hold of anyone. I always have to make my appointment there ZocDoc app. Also I had made a 9:30AM appointment and they changed to 11AM without calling me asking me if it’s ok, I found out a day before the appointment when they called to confirm. They need get rid of the office staff and hire new ones. The doctor and all the nurses are AMAZING!! and very kind, absolutely no complains ?there.

I’m so thankful to work with Dr. Pedro! I saw him once and had a follow up appt to discuss my blood results. I wasn’t able to make it last minute and they were able to accommodate me with a phone call from Dr. Pedro at the end of the day to go over everything needed and any questions I had. Both times with him and his office have been great. His team is just as great and helpful!

I am a new patient to Dr. Castellanos but I immediately found him warm in nature and very knowledgeable. Educated and knowledgeable are two very different things. The first is standard, to be a doctor you have to be educated. The second is sadly not very common: knowledgeable. Have you ever had a doctor say “I don’t know” and just leave your question unanswered? Dr. Castellanos was not like that at all. He was able to answer my questions immediately, knew the history of medications, and knew which prescriptions would work best with my issues. The one time he wasn’t sure he was more than happy to look up the answer with me. He has passion when he speaks and I felt that he actually cared during the appointment. Pardon the pun, but he’s one of the few Doctors with a pulse and I recommended him twice already to friends.

On the way to my medical appointment, the GPS sent me to another place where there was nothing and then I called and they located me. When I arrived at the site, I couldn't figure out which office it was because I didn't see the name of Dr. Pedro Castellanos on the entrance panel, I called and they located me. My wait was short and I filled out the necessary documents for my appointment. The attention of the girls was prompt, the nurse asked me the right questions and was very nice. Then I saw the supremely kind Dr. Pedro, he listened to me about my health problems and he send me to a specialist who is also in the same place. They also did a blood test on me and the nurse was very good, since I am terrified of needles, he was very understanding. I left the office very happy and Dr. Pedro will be my main doctor from now on.
