Absolutely exceptional doctor. Listened intently, gave good feedback and advice, and most importantly allowed for dialogue with me instead of just talking at me. Very kind, funny, and absolutely trustworthy. She also took the time to explain why certain medications or treatments were recommended over others.
I did not feel rushed at all - exactly the opposite.
Her whole staff was extremely friendly, the offices were clean and hygienic, everyone in the office spoke English well, etc.
I could go on, but I think you get the point, she should get six stars all around.

The doctor was great, patient and understanding, very helpful and had great recommendations, I felt like she took her time talking to me about everything that might bother me, since it was my first time seeing her, she didn't rush me out of the office made me feel comfortable and overall very professional.

Dr. Gao was very welcoming and comforting. She made conversation with me and was genuinely interested in my medical history. Honest in her recommendations using explanations that were comprehensive in everyday language! Downside is the bathroom was dirty. I would highly recommend that they keep their offices a little more sanitary to keep appeal.

Wait time was relatively short at about twenty minutes. It probably would have taken even less, had it not been my first time there. Registration and adding my info into the system likely took a bit of time. Dr. Pei is great! She's quick, yet thorough in her diagnoses and explanations. She also has a sense of humor, which is always a plus in my book. Her staff was quick, efficient, and friendly.

First, the front desk staff are very nice, they are very patient, they helped me changed PCP, and searched a eye doctor who accept my insurance. Dr. Gao is a very caring doctor, she listens to me and ask very detail questions about how I felt, she's willing to spent her time on one unlike most other doctors who always rushes me out.
