My insurance (Molina) is excepted here and that’s about it. When I lost my psychiatrist last year to stroke and subsequent retirement, the only doctor available to me was here on this platform. I waited 4 1/2 months for the psychiatrist to tell me he can’t prescribe any psych meds. I have an amazing PCP that filled those prescriptions while I waited. The Saturday before my Monday appointment I was alerted by email that my appt had been canceled by the office. No call. No text. In a panic I chose to see this doctor as an Urgent Care mental health visit. Right away I was told to go to North Central Psychiatric as he also Could not help me. When I managed to secure a ride(since I had my license suspended after being hospitalized for Grand Mal Seizures from stopping this medication without proper taper) the EXTREMELY Rude Staff actually said to each other “clonazepam…that’s something to do with heroin.right?” Needless to say I ultimately went to Sharp Hospital E.R. And done in an hour.

Had time so I joined the online appointment early and was seen early, he was open to helping me and giving me the medication I wanted and had a problem with picking it up and had to contact him 2 other times that night and every time I did he joined the online room very quickly and tried his best to help, very attentive

Dr. Benedith makes himself available despite his busy schedule. He is extremely accommodating and professional. You can tell that he cares about his patients cause he provides a lot of guidance on how and when to use the medication. I am travelling aboard so he refilled my prescription and was telling me how to overcome the time difference. I would highly recommend Dr. Peter Benedith to my friends.
