I made the appointment through zocdoc. When I arrived the front deck lady questioned how I got this appointment and proceeded to tell me that they had a blocked schedule and was unsure how I was added. Thankfully I was added to the schedule. After meeting with a MA and then a NP Dr. Hollis finally came in. After a quick review and him questioning my pain he seemed to be very short with me and almost annoyed while I was describing my symptoms. He never addressed the mri report that clearly stated I have 3 herniated disks and pointed at the images on the computer and stated “everything looks good here” no need for a follow up! I don’t know what I was expecting but I came to him for help and left feeling worse. Annoyed and in pain.
