He completed his residency in general surgery, master's in biology, and bachelor's at the same. He also completed his internship in surgery at the Plaza Medical Center of Fort Worth and another residency in general surgery at the Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center.

Very informative, quick, and considerate. The office was easy to find, very clean, and staff was delightful! I went in very anxious and left feeling more at ease about the coming procedure. Dr. Marta was very good about addressing all of my concerns and being thorough about what to expect before, during, and after surgery. I feel like he listened to me and was very compassionate. Gallstones are unbelievably painful!
