My appointment was at 1030, I arrived 15 minutes early yet did not get seen till after 12pm. My paperwork that I completed online they did not have access to so I had to fill everything out again. Dr was great but waited over 2 hours.... not acceptable .

It was bad.....it seems like there was/is something wrong there.....first, a young lady who works there asked me for my Mom's DOB twice to check in the system and said that my Mom doesn't have any appointment with their office today.....so I told her that I picked and scheduled for my Mom to see the doctor from Zocdoc website and got a confirmation email regarding this appointment....so she kept quiet and gave me the paperwork (around 10-12 pages) to check and fill out the info. for my Mom.....and I saw a label with my Mom's name and info. that I wrote on their check-in sheet when we got in the office, which means they did check and have my Mom's info. in the system already before asking me/checking that.....that's why they did type that label and stick it on the paperwork they provided me.....hmmmm.....but I didn't ask her back since I didn't want to make a big deal out of it.....so I kept silence to complete these stuffs.....then the doctor came out to call my Mom into the exam room.....so I got in to translate for my Mom.....he asked me who's my Mom primary doctor? I told him the name.....and he said he knows that doctor and got the info. in the system already.....so I asked him how does he know that doctor? Did that doctor refer the patient(s) to him or what? he nodded.....then he clicked on the info. stated that doctor referred my Mom to him.....I said NO.....another doctor who works at that doctor's office referred my Mom to other specialist office to check for my Mom last two weeks.....but there was something that I doubted about and could not trust.....and I wanted to have a second opinion from another specialist to be fair.....that's why I got online and found out Zocdoc.....and I did schedule for my Mom to see this specialist.....but we did not have a good impression with him/his staffs and also some strange people that we met at the office yesterday afternoon since they all had acted/asked/said/stated/wrote something that has made me confused/doubted about.....and I don't want to write all the details here.....but they were/are not kind of honest/nice/straightforward or whatever.....so I'm just telling/writing the truth here.....and if some doctors/troublemakers want to mess up or do something wrong to my Mom and other patients.....then I have the evidence/record and their info. to show though.....so we all can watch out and be careful for the sake of the world peace.....that's all!
