Dr. Feldman is a great dermatologist! He's very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. I'm glad that I chose him as my dermatologist and my skin is clearing up nicely!

Dr. Feldman is excellent. A truly seasoned professional. I know he is going to retire soon but whomever takes over his office, here are the following areas that need improvement:
- Scheduling, this is a small office, it is pretty obvious to patients that either the policy or the scheduler is booking multiple clients for the same appointment time. This is upsetting given the wait... I suggest offsetting appointments even if only by 5 mins. in order to save face.
- Internet, this office is in an old, dense building; cell signal is low. The should have an easily identifiable wifi network with a login either posted easily told by reception.
- Staff level, I believe this office needs at least one more staff member; so at least two assistants in the office at all time. The receptionist having to run back and forth between helping the Dr. and answering the phones, is cumbersome and unprofessional.
- Space, obviously Dr. Feldman is about to retire; it goes without saying that the next Dr. to occupy the office will desperately need to update/paint/renovate/redecorate the space to bring it up to current decorative medical standards.
