Wait Time

This was one of the most professional staffs from beginning to end that I have ever encountered. The wait, (less than 30 minutes) wasn't a negative thing for me. It gave me an opportunity to witness how the other patients were treated. I was impressed, and it put me at ease.

the only thing we didnt like is the wait time , we arrived 20 minutes early and we had to wait about 50 minutes until we saw him , he is a very good doctor , explained side effects of treatment , surgical options very well , he was not annoyed with our little daughter , in fact, he was really nice and made her feel like a real doctor by showing her the MRI scans and asking her what she thinks !
