Even though there was some confusion with my apt. not showing up on their schedule (I booked online and received a text message confirming from ZocDoc the day of the apt), they worked me in and were very apologetic about the delay.
(Sounds like it is more of a problem with ZocDoc than their office??)
Dr. Robb and the staff were all very professional and pleasant.

A 1985 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine, Dr. Robb completed a surgical internship and ENT residency at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago in 1990.
He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, a Diplomate of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Medical Association, the Medical Association of Georgia, and the Greater Atlanta Otolaryngology Society. Dr. Robb is on staff at Northside Hospital, St. Joseph’s Hospital of Atlanta, and Children’s Health Care of Atlanta at Scottish Rite.
He has been the section chief of ENT at Northside Hospital for 10 years. He was also voted one of Atlanta's Top Doc and received again the 2011 Patients
Choice Award.
Dr. Robb has been in solo practice in Atlanta and Alpharetta for more than 20 years. Excellent doc. I did have to wait, however, he had an emergency walk-in that morning who required immediate attention and so it delayed my appointment by an hour and 15-min. These things happen.

I found the office to be very well run. Dr Robb was very interested in listening to what was wrong and coming up with a plan to relieve my issue. This was my first visit, so far I think everything has gone very well.

Visit was very short - he cleaned my ears and then sent me to a Northside audiologist to have my hearing tested. So my review is not based on anything extensive, but my experience was was positive.

Dr Robb is great at listening and then explaining potential solutions. He gave a thorough explanation of my son's issues and how we could resolve them. I had used him for my own snus surgery a month early and was compleeltey comfortable taking my 5 year olds son to be assessed. He takes time with his patients and really listens. A nice change from in and out appointments.
