Good listener. Pragmatic.
Terrific professional MD. Great office staff.
Very good. Lots of information.
Very personable, professional. Great feedback on his diagnosis process and explanation of prescription.
He is very attentive and listened to me. He came up with a valid diagnosis He was very through and took a lot of time with me.
Even though there was some confusion with my apt. not showing up on their schedule (I booked online and received a text message confirming from ZocDoc the day of the apt), they worked me in and were very apologetic about the delay. (Sounds like it is more of a problem with ZocDoc than their office??) Dr. Robb and the staff were all very professional and pleasant.
Long wait for a toddler, but loved the doctor.
He was very attentive, listened to my concerns, and seemed genuinely interested in my case. I would go back to him for future treatment.
Excellent doc. I did have to wait, however, he had an emergency walk-in that morning who required immediate attention and so it delayed my appointment by an hour and 15-min. These things happen.
One of the best and most thorough doctors I have seen in a long time. I was beyond impressed with him. I will recommend him to everyone I know. Fantastic!
I found the office to be very well run. Dr Robb was very interested in listening to what was wrong and coming up with a plan to relieve my issue. This was my first visit, so far I think everything has gone very well.
Visit was very short - he cleaned my ears and then sent me to a Northside audiologist to have my hearing tested. So my review is not based on anything extensive, but my experience was was positive.
Dr. Robb was very professional as well as his office staff and physician's assistant. Didn't like the wait to see him, but that's to be expected sometimes. I would recommend him.
Dr. Robb is very professional, warm and friendly ~ I will definitely recommend him!
Awesome dr..... Wish I had found him sooner!
He really seems to care. Plus, he does a great job of explaining things to you.
Dr Robb is great at listening and then explaining potential solutions. He gave a thorough explanation of my son's issues and how we could resolve them. I had used him for my own snus surgery a month early and was compleeltey comfortable taking my 5 year olds son to be assessed. He takes time with his patients and really listens. A nice change from in and out appointments.
I think I may be on the road to recovery finally after 7 months with another doctor. I switched to dr robb and think we have a plan in place to make me better:-)
Friendly, caring, interacted and explained things very well on my childs level as well as an adult level.Made both of us feel very at ease.
The doctor is very personable and bright. I would highly recommend him for any ear, nose or throat problem!
I really enjoyed my visit today. Doc Robb was great!
