Dr. Hadley is a great doctor. I wish he would refer patients to doctors without having to search on your own. The wait time is CRAZY! Over all he is a great doctor who takes the time to answer any questions you may have concerning issues.

Dr. Hadley was awesome! He is very patient and knowledable, he took his time during my exam and cracked a few jokes in the process. The front desk staff was very professional and nice. The energy of the entire facility was very welcoming. I do believe I've found a new doctor!

My first time at this doctor, the front desk person was really awesome. The back office staff were punctual and also welcoming. Great Dr and is very drawn in to her patients. Would definetly recommend/refer friends and family here.

His manners were excellent, but when I called to schedule another appointment the front desk representatives never got back with me. They claimed to have sent me a letter through the mail, but I never got it. I think he needs to hire more front desk representatives that care about the patients as much as he does.

Very pleased with the doctor and the bedside manner. The front end area/reception lacked communication skills and efficiency. I was seen an hour after my appointment time, despite me already filling out the paperwork over the phone a day prior, they STILL made me fill out the same exact paperwork, AGAIN. Appointment was at 2pm, and the nurse/front desk did not arrive to greet me at the window until 2:15/2:20. The only reason I will continue to use this location is because of the great doctor and helpful staff in the back.

The only complaint about the visit was the wait time. My appointment was at 3:15. I sat in the waiting area for 2 hrs before being called and then another hour to complete the appointment. Dr. Hadley is a good doctor and takes time to talk to his patients and answer any questions. He's been my doctor for about 20 years. The wait time is the one drawback but a good doctor is hard to find so i stick with him.

Dr Hadley was friendly and professional. He was thorough and I felt very comfortable although initially I was nervous. His staff was nice even if the initial wait was over an hour.
