If you’re trying to find a new optometrist, your search ends here! I had an AMAZING experience!! If I ever move out of the city, I would be willing to travel to this office because of how incredible my appointment was and how friendly the staff were! Dr. Pan actually read through my paperwork before I arrived and was SO kind and compassionate! The rest of the staff were equally as amazing! I felt like I was visiting a bunch of friends rather than getting my eyes checked. Seriously, go here!!

Dr. Pan was wonderful. Very friendly and professional and answered all my questions. The staff member who assisted with other parts of the eye exam was also great. The office was very nice and felt very covid-safe.
My only complaint is that I felt I was being upsold in the process of ordering glasses. I ended up canceling my order, but I still ordered contacts through the office and would return for an annual exam.

They were knowledgable & transparent about my insurance coverage and out of pocket payments. I've always had trouble with contacts because of my astigmatism, Dr. Pan went above & beyond to explain what's up with my eyes & how she'll help me figure it out. Highly recommend!

I rarely leave reviews for doctors but I had to for Dr. Pan. By far the nicest, most patient, and informative doctor I've ever seen. Took the time to explain to me what each part of the eye exam was and also helped answer my questions at the end- I did not feel rushed. She even gave me her email in case I ever had any questions or concerns about anything we discussed. All around kind and helpful. Same with the staff- everyone was a delight to speak to.

If you can't even get scheduling done correctly I can't image how the rest of the office is ran. I had to confirm an appointment by calling and leaving a voice mail. They returned my call stating they listened to my VM and confirmed the 5:30pm. I show up at 5:30pm to be told I'm late and was supposed to be there at 5:15pm and have to reschedule. Talk about customer service!

we had a online schedule error that put my wife and I at the same time, making us late for one of our appointments. Despite that Dr pan was still willing to squeeze us in. Dr. Phoebe Pan was excellent! Very courteous, friendly and kind. I went for my annual eye exam. She was very patient with me and was happy to answer my questions. I like that she encouraged me to follow-up with her if I had any additional questions. I felt that I was in good hands. The office staff were all friendly and helpful. Lots of safety and cleaning protocols are in place (temperature check, hand wash, sanitizer, glass dividers, etc.). My wait wasn’t long and I like that this office is easy to get to by bus, train and bike. Will definitely be coming back!
