I think she is a very good at what she does, I have been seeing her for almost 2 years. She makes me feel comfortable when I am there. Her nurse is very good. I can tell she really cares about her patients and that makes me feel good. She is a good person.

She doesn’t listen to what I say I am in pain about. She’s always in a rush to get to the other patience’s. She also tells me she needs to get to other patience’s so she can’t listen to what’s wrong. She had no interest in what I had to say. She tells me she has no time we’ll talk about my problems next visit but when that visit comes she says the SAME THING. I pay my co-pay but I feel I shouldn’t because she just refills my meds but wouldn’t let me talk, she did not go over my lab work I had to ask for the results and she really didn’t explain much because she was in a hurry. I have not been happy with my 2 appointments. She has poor bedside manners!

I continue to be very favorably impressed with Ms. Nguyen. Over the two years I have been seeing her, she has proven to be an outstanding medical professional. Not only does she handle presenting issues with skill and insight; she goes the extra mile to really know your patient file and think outside the box to discover why those issues come up. So many times the clinical experience is a rushed professional just glancing at your file as they walk in. Not so with "Phomm." She walks in fully prepared, fully reviewed and with some ideas about even better care. Highest praise.

Good service, but the nurse Joe or somebody never contacted my pharmacist to put my subscription in and now I have to wait until tomorrow to start my meds. Most definitely not satisfied that someone forgot to take 5 minuets our of their busy day to follow through on their job.....
