She and the receptionist were kind and friendly. Dr. Phyllis Gorelick had answers to questions I had and did not push anything extra on me. Which is what I like, because it gives me time to think about it instead of feeling uncomfortable.

I'm glad I saw her before buying otc medicines. Didn't know my allergies were that bad. Now I know I have astigmatism in my eye. She examined my eyes fully and told me what was wrong and whatbI can do to help my eyes.

It was ridiculous......NEVER AGAIN....she was nice inside but talked about me as I walked out with the receptionist who was also RUDE !! She cleaned what she wanted me to cover my eye with...with tissue no alcohol pad after she used it on someone else JUST DISAPPOINTED like horrible I wouldn't recommend anyone to this little whole in the wall shop !!!!!

The women who work in the front are unprofessional. The Dr. is not friendly whatsoever! She's a doctor and she should look and help the patient with the issue they ca in for but she's always in a hurry to check for prescription glasses. I have told her that is not what I'm here for. After my appointment she continued to PUSH me to purchase glasses when I have my perfect pair! Don't go there unless you want to purchase out dated glasses.

When i booked the appointment online, my current insurance provider *Emblem Health, EPO* was listed as being acceptable. I had not been there before, so when i arrived the store manager spent quite some time on the phone, checking to see if my insurance would cover the visit and was told that it did not. When i returned to work, my boss checked the *Emblem* website and found that store is listed as accepting our insurance plan..so i don't know what is up with that! Fortunately, i was charged not much more than my regular co-pay.
Other than that, i was very happy with the service i received from Dr Phyllis Gorelick.
