Chaas Gantt is a fully accredited Primary Care Physician practicing in Palm Beach County, FL. He is a Board Certified Diplomate in Oriental Medicine (Dipl.OM) with an undergrad education and degree from Clemson University in Psychology and ATOM in Health Sciences. Dr. Gantt is a State Licensed Acupuncture Physician (Ap4003P3004) and Functional Medicine Practitioner, Board Certified Herbalist and Injection Therapy.
In his practice, he combines the latest research in functional medicine practices, Japanese style acupuncture, NSEV, East Asian medicine, cupping therapy, moxibustion, clinical nutrition, targeted supplementation, botanical medicine, injection therapy, among other interventions to address the specific needs of each of his patients.
Dr. Gantt began his career in healthcare in 2001, receiving training in infertility under his father, an OB/GYN Reproductive Endocrinologist. In 2003 he interned under Dr. Jeffrey Fenyves at the Center for Digestive Wellness observing diagnoses and treatments in gastrointestinal and liver diseases. In 2005, he studied with Dr. Joseph Schoepf at the Medical University of South Carolina in the division of Cardiovascular Imaging. Chaas conducted research with Dr. Schoepf with the use of advanced CT and MRI techniques for diagnosing disorders of the heart and lung. In 2007 Dr. Gantt took a sabbatical year to travel the world and learn about medicine abroad. While visiting over 20 countries he was deeply inspired by the distinct medical systems and treatment techniques he observed in different countries, particularly China, India and Japan. When he came back to the States he knew he wanted to integrate what he had seen into his practice and provide a more integrative approach to what was conventionally practiced at the time.
