Dr. Girard is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon who has been in practice for 18 years in this community and treats a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. Dr. Girard has an extensive background in arthroscopic and sports medicine with a focus and special interest in knee and shoulder arthroscopic repairs and reconstruction. Dr. Girard received his training at John's Hopkins University and Union Memorial Hospital. He received his fellowship training from Carolina Medical Center in foot and ankle surgery. Dr. Girard is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He is currently a member of the Arthoscopy Association and American Association for Orthopedic Surgery. He is currently the Chief of Surgery at West Palm Hospital contributing to the assurance of quality surgical care in our community.
