I appreciate the patience, empathy, and understanding Pin-Chieh Chiang, DO had throughout my appointment from top to bottom. This was a virtual appointment for me and I am sure she does a great job in person as well. I look forward to my future appointments and follow ups with this doctor.

Dr. Chiang was thoughtful and took her time helping me with a challenging health matter. She works mostly afternoon/evenings which is good for some schedules. Her office staff was very nice and helpful. They use an app for communication and it made it really easy to chat w the office to ask billing questions. This was also the first time I ever got a Sunday appointment. She took her time reviewing medications to see what other options I made. Sometimes Doctors can be a little cold, or rush you, she was perfect and took her time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was kind nervous about my tele health visit but honestly dr. Chiang is probably the most friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and easiest to talk to MD I have ever met or spoken to. I don’t feel judged or embarrassed speaking with her and If I knew about this telemedicine health visit I would have definitely switched over to her and this platform of visiting any doctor a long, long time ago lol!
