The office bathroom was beyond filthy. The staff at the front desk was unfriendly. The medication I was prescribed wasn’t covered by my insurance, and the doctor hasn’t responded to refill with another prescription. I also have had the hardest time getting my test results. I am very concerned and uneasy, and disappointed that I decided to go to this practice.

Really love the doctor. I was able to be seen within minutes and my concerns were heard. We made a great plan to address issues and I understand.
Office was nice and really helpful. The only downside is no direct number and it goes to a call bank. That is the only downside to this. But overall I am happy to have her as my new primary

Dr. Goel was amazing—informative, supportive, and appropriately approachable. She allowed a lot of space to talk about health concerns like family planning even though this was technically outside the scope of an annual visit and offered to look up further resources. Throughout the appointment I felt affirmed and never rushed. The other staff, from the person who took my vitals bad the receptionist were also friendly and helpful. All visits to the doctor should be like this! Thank you!

My first visit was excellent - Dr. Goel and her staff were outstanding. The Dr. was very attentive and thoughtful of my condition. She made my visit very comfortable and provided great encouragement -This is just the beginning and will not be my last. visit.

I was surprisingly pleased with my appointment with Dr. Goel. My previous primary care doctor unexpectedly passed away and I have been reluctant to find someone new. I finally made an appointment with Dr. Goel on Zocdoc given her outstanding reviews. I was somewhat surprised that the office was also an urgent care clinic, but they were able to provide me with everything I needed for my appointment. I was also pleasantly surprised that Dr. Goel can also take care of my pap on my next visit.

I was pleased with the quality of care provided by Dr. Goel. My wait was not even 5 minutes to go back to the exam room and get my vitals taken. However, the wait was a bit longer to see the practitioner. She acknowledged my wait time and apologized, which I appreciated. I know things happen. Additionally, Dr. Goel offered thorough next steps for what I could expect next regarding care and treatment based on my lab results. I felt seen and heard. I would return to this doctor.
