The doctor is very friendly and nice. He understanded the reason of my visit. But the follow-up appointment his office was closed. No phone calls to me from the office to notify me at all. one of the nurses there is very nasty to the patient.

Waited very long to be seen and the doctor was very dismissive. He seemed annoyed especially when I asked him for a referral to a pulmonologist. I asked because I have asthma and want to evaluate my lung condition. He gave me the referral at the end but I wouldn’t come back. There are many doctors out there with better bedside manner and more attentive.

This was my first experience and obviously the DR needs lab results to work with, but overall the Dr 1st impression was awesome. Simple, direct, concise, and on point.

This is my first time going there. The office was satisfactory. I also was notified at my end of my visit that I would need to come back in a week to get test results which I think they need to have a patient portal for results.

I liked how thorough they were for a first time appointment. They did blood work and heart tests. I liked that I wasn’t sent out to other providers with a referral. Things were taken care of there and on the first date.

It was an awful experience to be honest. I'm surprised that the doctor was aware of that the office is closed today yet he didn't have anyone from his reception reach out to me but rather chose to waste my time and energy. The whole experience makes me not to trust this doctor as well as Zocdoc appointments as a whole because the doctor claimed that the day after thanksgiving (that is, today) was supposed to be a holiday yet, his bookings were open on Zocdoc. Such a shame!

BEWARE: WALK IN ONLY. Wrong doctor. They don’t deal with ZocDoc at all. Booked Pourrat, went in, they told me he wasn’t in and insisted on Habib Monas. Appointment was at 12, wasn’t actually seen until end of day. Dr Monas missed my vein and left a blood clot on my arm. The nurse assistant is too busy hiding from cameras and being on her phone.
The only person with a good work ethic there was the black lady with glasses at the receptionist desk. It’s clear she’s stressed out from the incompetence of her peers, YET she took the time to be thorough and explain everything to me. Even her coworker at the receptionist desk wasnt very helpful.
