I appreciated her thoroughness and wanting to use a more natural approach as a solution instead of jumping immediately to medication. I felt comfortable and confident in her knowledge and professionalism, and she was friendly and approachable.
My ONLY complaint would be about the street/metered parking, which is a bummer, but it does not affect how I feel about the office itself and Dr. Nair.

She seemed very knowledgeable, not sure how I felt about being quarantined in the waiting room from the secretary's, I had a long weight but the Doctor helped me create a game plan for my shoulder injury going forward. Would recommend.

She was very kind and did all that she could to make me feel comfortable and let me know know what was going on during the appointment yet still remained professional and to the point, which was perfect. The other staff members were also very nice and positive.

I liked the fact that she got straight to the point and told me what might be wrong, but she seemed in a hurry. Also, her nurse/receptionist took a blood sample and it kind of made me nervous because she seemed a bit inexperienced. The office is a little outdated and you can hear EVERYTHING in the rooms, which I was a little nervous about; I don't want other patients hearing my health problems. She got my test results REALLY fast and she called herself, which I really appreciated.

Had to call the office in order to get my appointment verified, because after an hour it was still not done through Zocdoc's notification system. When I called the receptionist seemed confused and ended up having to reschedule my appointment. Once I got there I waited 30+ minutes before I was seen. Dr. Nair was nice, if not a little abrupt and cold. I'm not sure I would recommend this doctor based on this experience.

She was very friendly patient and professional. I mistakenly thought office address was located on S.Kedzie but it was N. Kedzie. I called her office up and they were very accommodating. They took me as soon as I made it in. Dr. Nair answered all my questions. She made me feel very comfortable and explained her recommendations thoroughly.
