Dr. Dubagunta was okay at first. The last time I was there, she didn’t know how to do a simple procedure, but I still had to pay for it. The girl who works in the front office has worked there for months and is still totally clueless and unhelpful. I can’t get anyone to ever return my phone calls to get a prescription refilled, instead of having to pay for an appointment to get a refill. The whole office will definitely fall to shambles eventually. No one knows what they’re doing. I won’t be returning.
