Doctor is great, BUT I had to fill out paperwork a second time when arriving at the office. The lecturing receptionist told me I still should have arrived early because despite Zocdoc's text telling me to remind the staff that I'd alrwady completed my paperwork online was for Zocdoc and not the doctor office. So I had to fill out the paperwork I thought and was informed would go straight to doctors office does not. This was annoying and obviously a waste of time if you have to fill out the paperwork in office anyway.

Dr. Praveen was great! He made a clear initial diagnosis and told me exactly what he recommended. I appreciate his easy-going professionalism and plain talk. He is respectful but also gracious. I felt immediately that I could work with him on my two ENT issues.

Praveen Duggal, M.D. is a fellowship trained and board certified Otolaryngologist by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He attended Johns Hopkins University, graduating with honors. He then obtained his medical degree from George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He completed his surgical training in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at the nationally recognized Emory University in Atlanta where he was elected chief administrative resident in his final year.
He also obtained a coveted additional year of specialized fellowship training in Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery at Emory University where he focused on disorders of nasal obstruction, sinus disease, functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, and an endoscopic approach to skull base masses and tumors.

Dr. Duggal and staff are very courteous, professional and responsive. A minor health concern we had that no other doctor including the primary care could diagnose was immediately recognized by Dr. Duggal. He took the time to educate us and walked us through the medical options.
