I tend to pause when it appears the Dr. isn't sure why I'm there. I get the feeling we're trying to find "something" wrong as opposed to addressing an existent problem of which there apparently isn't one. This consult was based on a single blood test, I think a follow-up test would have been a more reasonable approach.

Amazing doctor. She took the time to answer all my questions, she explained everything in details to me and seems very knowledgeable. She asked many questions trying to get the best diagnosis possible even before the exams.

Dr. Deshpande was very professional and friendly. She took the time to examine me, listen to my concerns and address my questions. She also responded to messages left on the patient portal right away. I was also seen within 10 mins. The only negative is that sometimes the wait time at the lab of Mount Sinai Group can be very long and not all the staffs were friendly. The first time I went I waited almost an hour for a blood draw and urine test (although there were probably less than 3 people waiting for probably different kinds of tests) probably because it was lunch time.

Great doctor, wait time is minimal, beautiful view while waiting though. Have seen Dr Deshpande for a few months now and she has helped me a great deal with the problem that I had. She knew exactly what it was from the first day I met her, I had seen a different doctor previously who overlooked the issue and went untreated for some time.

Dr. Deshpande is kind and knowledgeable. She ordered three sets of tests, which were all performed quickly. Everyone in the office was polite and efficient. Best visit I've had in years.

Dr. Deshpande was excellent; I highly recommend her. My Dad is the actual patient, not I. But we were taken within one minute of our arrival. She spent an entire hour with us; we were not rushed, and she reviewed all of my Dad's symptom a couple of times. She further explained the meaning of results of tests done by other, previous physicians which had not been clarified earlier.
