Waited long but doc and staff were amazing
Each staff member have their duties. It moves along quickly. Staff is very friendly. The doctor is very thorough and takes her time with each patient.

Dr. Bellot is very experienced in kidney disorders and hypertension and is a Board Certified internist. She is an excellent listener and knew just what to do in my situation. The backlog of patients waiting to see her is because Dr. Bellot does not rush patients in and out of her office as do many doctors. Her staff is friendly. She has ultrasound equipment and the basics for an internist's office. Dr. Bellot makes herself available via her cellphone and telehealth visits. Her office wait time was one hour longer than expected. I think her office space could use an upgrade. But, overall I would recommend her to anyone.
The office has low ceilings and is painted in bright yellow: a color known to be an irritant, not at all easy on the eyes of a patient that may already be anxious about their visit. Inside the waiting room, chairs are pretty close together even though every other one is blocked off. Posters everywhere. Not a very relaxing environment. The staff seemed overwhelmed and very short/rude about insurance and paper work. The staff also casually walk in and out of the patient rooms — while you think you’re having a *confidential* conversation with medical professionals (regardless of whether you’re getting blood taken or during your 1:1 with the doctor).
My appointment was the first one so I didn’t see her directly. I got my blood tested and spoke about my issues. Also I got a sonogram like the doctor promised which I was really happy about.

Everyone professional and down to earth.

I was treated with professionalism

The office was not aware of my appointment since they don't have access to the ZocDoc list, which I found very strange. That also meant I had to fill out all the documents again when I got there. Everything was happening super slow and a checkup + vaccination took almost 2 hours. I have to say that the staff and the doctor were all very nice and kept apologizing for the delays, maybe I just came on a bad day... I did like the doctor a lot and would definitely give this practice another chance.
Dr. Bellot was very thorough in her explanations regarding my health, specifically the medications that I should/shouldn't take. She explained the effects of certain medications on my kidney. She helped me look for places near me for my sonogram & other tests. So that I won't forget instructions, she had everything written down. She's an excellent doctor.

The doctor and the staff were very rude.

Serious and professional treatment, friendly atmosphere but waiting time was more then 2 hours . Many procedures could be done in the office instead of lab- big plus.
