smooth check in process. Doctor was quick to arrive, had kind and caring manner. longest wait period was after time with doctor, prior to vaccine booster and lab work.
clinic does seem somewhat overwhelmed, and short staffed, but kind employees doing their best.

Very receptive, friendly, and experienced. Listened to all of my concerns and provided an excellent treatment plan + resources. Needles make me very light-headed, but the nurse was so patient and gentle that I feel much more confident going back.

I have not seen a primary care doctor for a very long time. I felt rushed throughout my time with her and she seemed short with me when I explained my health concerns to her. Within 15min and no medical results, she diagnosed with was wrong with me, told me there is a cure-all drug, and said I should take it. She feels like your typical pill-pusher. Didn't check to see if there are other causes or reasons why my health concerns exist, she appeared to just want to throw a pill at me and have me on my way. Her assistants also never reached out to schedule a follow-up appointment. All in all, I was not impressed with her. She did schedule a follow-up appointment with me virtually, which cost me quite a bit to hear her say that I should take the pill, because "even water has side effects". Meeting with her was such a waste of money.

Friendly staff. Doctor Naik has an excellent bedside manner. She is thorough in evaluating any concerns, and I feel comfortable in her care.

Priyanka was helpful when listening to me attentively and asking me questions related to the visit so that she could go ahead to treat me the way I’ve requested. I got all my overdue shots and will go back for lab blood test next time when I actually fasting 8 hours prior - I forgot to fasting on this visit. I would rate my overall visit “Excellent”, Dr. Priyanka did an excellent job on me and I definitely recommend Priyanka to every patient.

Dr. Naik was great. She was on time and very patient. She listened to my concerns with genuine care and walked me through my appointment. She also gave me a great plan of care for next steps and put in referrals for me to continue. I’d recommend her in full confidence to anyone as their primary care provider.
The rest of the staff, including her MA, were very friendly and helpful.

The appointment was on time and there was no confusion regarding booking through ZocDoc. My general health was reviewed and my main concern to be addressed was addressed to my satisfaction.
The appointment was efficient and Dr. Naik was not rushed to get in and out. She took her time and addressed all of my questions, as well as asked good questions herself.
The office has parking and accessibility. Very good experience.
