Dr. Friedman was thorough in her questions to get to the core of my symptoms and potential diagnosis. I would definitely go back to her.

I filled out all my intake paperwork prior to my appointment, but somehow was still required to fill out 5 different pages - meanwhile I was referred to them for possible nerve pain in my hands, repeatedly needing to use my hands - not helpful. Spent 45 min between paperwork & waiting to spend all of 3-5 minutes with a provider who is not the doctor listed on here. The provider told me their process - which is to just reschedule you for testing & bloodwork before they address anything. To leave the office, they send you to a check out line where after 10 minutes of waiting & 3 people ahead of me the original 1st patient in line was still not finished…. I don’t know about you but I don’t have 40+ minutes to wait on line to schedule their follow ups. Will not return. Maybe treat patients with care & not like an assembly line?

Waited an hour to see a NP instead of a neurologist who then said I should talk to a neurologist, so I had to book a second appointment which is completely unnecessary and a waste of time.
November 19, 2025Adam S.Verified patient
Absolutely horrible and a complete waste of time - I was not treated with care and all they did was sign me up for an exorbitant amount of follow up exams as a pure play money grab. Horrible waste of time - completely unprofessional and a messy office. I was left feeling more hopeless than when I entered.

I scheduled my appointment specifically with the provider attached to this review, but when I arrived, I was seen by a different provider without being informed in advance. I was only made aware of the change once I was called in for my session. I would have appreciated if I was seen by the doctor I scheduled the appointment with.

DO NOT GO HERE, they are unprofessional and poor communication, staff have attitude problems and will take advantage. All their locations.

I was expecting the first visit with the PA who ordered tests but the follow up appointment should have been with the neurologist I choose instead they assigned a random provider without telling me why. It’s an okay place for a general wellness visit but would recommend to find another medical care for any specialty concern.

I rescheduled a few times cause I think I had Covid . But when I tried to rebook when I got better. They said they will never book with me again cause I rescheduled too many times . They have a bunch of doctors I tried to book with and they told me no. I didn’t want to get the office sick , was better I stayed home . I would think I was getting better but it kept coming back . Big all good , I understand that it’s my fault I was sick and I don’t deserve to be treated with their doctors . Thank you

I booked to see a Nuerologist ,to see the Neurologist told to do many tests One of the tests where a EKG, I received an email stating : This is Medical Arts reaching out to you to inform you that the results of your ELECTROCARDIOGRAM (EKG) have been reviewed, and PA GASSANOV would like you to set up an IN-PERSON follow-up appointment with the CARDIOLOGIST to discuss. - After clearing up a problem of appt's to see the Cardiologist, when I did see him he stated "What are you here for?" I said Neuropathy , Hand Tremors and the results of the EKG." The Cardiologist began with " I was told to look at your swelling legs, but EKG we will do that then". The whole time being dismissive of the fact my heart beats were averaging 131-145 and a receipt of the need to follow up with their cardiologist to go over this test and what it was showing as alarming. His responce was the PA's blow these things out of proportion and do not know how to read them. Please clear this up before I have to come in.

Doctor Jain has literally no interest in her patients. I came to her with a complex, acute condition. She told me she could only look into half of my symptoms, since we only had 20 minutes to talk (NB this at a higher than usual copay). We did blood work that same day. Eight days later, she still has not been able to review it, and I am left without results.

I booked an appointment here for an mri and they scheduled a ton of other tests for me. this would be no problem but it’s ridiculous to expect your patients to be able to casually drop a ton of copayments in a day. The nurses for one of my test didn’t even let me finish getting dressed before ushering another patient into the room and I felt disrespected. They have three locations downtown and their email system is messed up and constantly sends patients to the wrong location and the office staff look at us patients like we’re crazy. This office is a nightmare and I recommend going elsewhere for care.

Horrible visit the doctor had a row of people waiting outside people crying in the hallway waiting. I was in the office for 1.5 hrs and was told to wait at min 15 more minutes. That’s way too long I saw the nurse and PA who was not the neurologist. Their equipment was not working saying that I have very low blood pressure than very high blood pressure. After three attempts they just went with a low blood pressure. Definitely would not recommend this doctor if you value your time, want to be seen by a real doctor, and value
efficient equipment.
