Dr. Sam and his nurse Pat are an outstanding team. I received so much information above and beyond what was expected. The e-check in through MyChart app is troublesome. (Only 1 star to MyChart.) The staff at the office are friendly and helpful. I really enjoy this team of doctors, nurses and staff members.

I'm happy and wouldn't keep coming back if I wasn't happy.
Dr. Lingamfelter has helped me get high blood pressure under control through a careful, conservative approach. Before making him my primary care doc, I had gone many years without one and knew I needed to have some concerns addressed. He has handled my needs in a well-prioritized manner and I am 100% happy with his care.
