Unfortunately first contact is everything and that itself was difficult. Only by luck does someone answer the phone and you leave a message thinking someone will return the call(wrong). It took me almost 2weeks just to get the NPI# to obtain my referral. The Dr seems to be very professional but clearly she needs to fix her administrative issues.
