Wow, I can't say enough good things about Dr Nambusi and her Staff. I have worked in the medical field for 15 years and I've never seen a doctor that cares so much about her patients. She was so thorough, actively listening to all my concerns, and discussing my lifestyle, health conditions, concerns, etc. She spent so much time with me going over everything-which is almost unheard of in today's day and age! Highly recommend if you want a doctor who cares and one who will listen!

The provider was not awful but the office she works with is. Staff do not clearly communicate, are short and inconsiderate, & have an attitude when you ask simple questions. All of that along with random charges for visits.

I booked this appointment specifically for both the advertised service and the doctor. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was informed by the nurse that the service could not be provided because the office did not have the necessary equipment. On top of that, the doctor I had scheduled with was not present, even after I had already been contacted beforehand to reschedule around the doctor’s availability.
Despite knowing they did not have the proper equipment or staff available at the time of my appointment, I was still charged a substantial amount just to be seen. The entire experience felt very unprofessional and misleading. I also felt pressured into getting bloodwork done during the visit, which added to my discomfort.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. 0/5.
