Rachel has helped me immensely on my journey to learn more about myself and find ways to function at a higher emotional capacity. I highly recommend her therapy services! She has a warm and kind personality, an amazing memory/attention to detail, and a consistently supportive manner of leading sessions. She allows me feel comfortable, heard, and supported, and I can tell she is invested in my wellbeing. Thank you, Rachel!
Rachel is so easy to talk to! From day one I felt welcome and comfortable. She is thoughtful and offers a fresh perspective on things without ever coming across as patronizing. It is obvious that she truly cares for her clients and I often feel like I’m chatting with a friend - - which is exactly what I was looking for.

More about Rachel Braun, LMFT

Are you feeling lost in this chapter of life or unsure of how to feel fulfilled in your day-to-day? Have you followed what you "should" do and still feel like something is missing? Do you feel like there's no space for your needs in your relationships? I specialize in working with feelings of low self confidence and low self-esteem, dysfunctional family dynamics, and creating and maintaining boundaries. All of these areas deeply effect feelings of fulfillment in relationships, career, romantic life etc., and together we will explore what patterns are serving you and what patterns are not. Each person is unique and because of that, I really take the time to get to know all of you, and not just the part of you that is struggling. I utilize a psychodynamic and strength-based approach to explore, question, and provide space for you to feel safe and feel heard. I believe that a therapist-client relationship where any person feels seen and heard is the foundation of therapy. I create a safe space for clients to be open and vulnerable in order to explore and process what it is that they hope to improve upon or change in therapy, and work together to create goals to do so. I hope to help you create your best life.

Rachel is a compassionate, thoughtful listener. Her warm personality made me immediately feel comfortable. She has a great sense of humor that almost feels like an old friend :). I couldn’t ask for a better therapist!
Rachel is the best therapist I’ve seen! She’s very professional and she doesn’t come off as a “therapist” but more as a friend that you would confide in on any given day. She will always hold a special place in my heart as the reason I’ve healed so much of my childhood trauma.
